Online Gallery
Your gallery will be active for 3 months from the date your notification email is sent. Please make sure you download your images in this time frame.
To access your gallery you will need to click on the link above which will take you to the client galleries homepage. This is where you will enter your email address and the password provided in your notification email - from there you can find your personal gallery and download or print your images.
You are welcome to share your gallery with anyone (staff / family members). They simply enter their own email address and the password. The email address entered is sent a link when downloading ALL images. Individual images will download directly to the computer.
Social Media
I love seeing your social media posts so please share the love and tag @indielane on Instagram and @indielanephotography on Facebook and credit me as the photographer.
My business runs on word of mouth, therefore your credit is greatly appreciated. I am always happy to return the favour for you business.
Copyright
Indie Lane has the right to use any images for industry competitions, exhibitions, editorial, reproduction and other promotional and advertising purposes, including website and social media use.
Of course, if you strongly oppose to images of yourself being used to promote my business, please contact me to advise of your preference. I understand need to maintain their privacy.
If the photography package chosen by the client includes the digital negatives being provided, then the copyright remains the property of Indie Lane.
Backing up
It really is a great idea to back up your professional photos to a cloud backup provider such as Dropbox.

Downloading Images
To download 'All' images - go to the Download tab in the top right hand corner, you will then be sent an email with a link to download ALL images. This can sometimes take 10 + seconds to load the page and for the email to arrive.
To download individual images - simply click on the image to enlarge it and click on the download button on the image itself. The image will then be sent to the downloads folder on your computer.
Your Files
All clients receive their images in both High and Low Resolution Sizes;
- High Resolution - for quality print media
- Low Resolution - for online and website use
High Resolution files have an 'HR' on the name extension and LR for Low Res
Please only use High Resolution images when printing.
Re-touching
If you have some additional retouching requests please do not hesitate to get in contact. Some clients would prefer airbrush skin, removal of tired eyes, removal of background items, colour changes of clothing etc. Retouching is charged at $95 per hour. Depending on the amount of work needed, 1-10 images can be retouched within one hour.
